Natural skin care is more than we put on our skin; Thats what we put into our body.
The skin is a reflection of our inner health. Depression, stress and lifestyle play a role in how successful we are to take care of our skin.
Natural skin care can start every morning (before we shower) with a dry brushing. I can hear groans already. Hi, it improves lymph and blood circulation while eliminating dead skin cells and allows the skin to be degassed. The skin is our largest body and detox needs it. So why not help it? Use a natural soft brush and use gentle pressure in a small circular motion that moves upwards on the body beginning at your feet (for those of us who can reach our feet). This also calms the nervous system.
The overall natural skin care process also includes our diet. Good skin is a reflection of the digestive system. Skin diseases such as acne, rosacea and psoriasis may possibly stem from constipation and other digestive conditions.
Your natural skin care system must contain eight to ten glasses of water a day. Good natural skin care is also about making good choices as to what we eat. Replace the bags with crisps and pretzels with high fibertips like nuts, seeds, dried fruits, dates and figs. The old saying an apple a day still applies! The apples are excellent sources of natural fiber and to maximize your fiber intake, add cauliflower. Try ground flax seeds sprinkled over your favorite flakes, yogurt and salad. Lay up on the fresh things next time you go to the store. Then, when you want to eat (what is in sight), you will be prepared.
For lively skin and maximum results from your natural skin care, stay away from processed sugar. Excess sugar is one of the main causes of aging. Start by cutting the sugar into your coffee or tea. Natural flavored Stevia is an excellent sugar substitute. Instead of the morning muffin, instead of high-fiber natural bread.
We hear so many donts - but heres an important DO for good, natural skin care. eat good cousin. Butter and natural cheese (not processed) are perfect examples. This is especially important for dry skin and eczema. If you are unsure how dry your skin is, check your backrests on your arms. Those with a fat shortage will notice small bumps on their backs on their arms.
Natural skin care for your face
There are three easy steps to do every morning and night for a good, healthy face skin:
Cleaning, Tons and Humidity
Clean - Use a mild cleaning rod with natural ingredients for oily and combination skin. For dry skin use a mild cleanser or lotion.
Ton - Made with fresh ingredients from your kitchen. This home-made toner will be fresh in the refrigerator for up to a week
(1 teaspoon dried rosemary, 1 teaspoon dried thyme, 1 onion leaf, 1 cup white wine)
Gently cook this recipe for 10 minutes. Cool for an hour. Empty and throw the spices.
Dip a cosmetic pillow and gently move upwards from the neck area to the forehead in light rays. Cosmetic pillows have less ribbon than cotton balls.
Humidity - Look for a cream that has DMAE (dimethylamine ethanol). It is a natural antiinflammatory and protects the skin from irritation. Another ingredient to look for is alfalipoic acid. It restores a healthy radiation while cutting the pores and decreases fine lines. Another important ingredient is vitamin C with ester. Esther is a fat-soluble and allows vitamin C to penetrate the skin at ten times higher levels than without it.
Special note on moisturizer: Smooth always upwards in soft long stretches beginning at the neck. Avoid eye contact. Use a special eye cream intended for this sensitive area. When applying eye cream, use your ring finger as this uses the least pressure. Easily smooth eye cream in the direction of the infinity symbol.
Good natural skin care also begins and ends every day with one of your most important natural resources, your smile. Give it regular exercise. It will confuse these wrinkles.
Well, thats probably enough to think about. Now it is up to us to take action. Take childrens steps. Try different things. But do something everyday and commit to taking care of yourself and preserving your precious skin.
